Common Questions
Can you see my files?
No. Your files are encrypted on your device before upload. We only store encrypted data that we cannot decrypt. We don't have your encryption keys.
What if I lose my wallet?
If you lose access to your wallet, you won't be able to decrypt your files. Make sure to back up your wallet seed phrase securely. We cannot recover your files without your wallet.
Can you help me recover my account?
We cannot recover your encryption keys or decrypt your files. Only your wallet can do that. This is by design and what keeps your files truly private.
How long do sessions last?
After connecting your wallet, you stay logged in for 24 hours. You won't need to sign every time you access a file. You can log out anytime for security.
Is my data backed up?
Your encrypted files are stored securely, but you should maintain your own backups of important files. If you lose wallet access, you lose access to decrypt your files.
Can law enforcement access my files?
We can only provide encrypted data if legally required. Without your wallet's private key, that data cannot be decrypted by us or anyone else.
